Traffic Access Management (TAM)
CMRPC is scheduling a September meeting, however, they may meet before then. If DLTA (District Local Technical Assistance) money is allocated, work on TAM would not begin until staff becomes available, possibly in December. Due to the protracted path a TAM takes to become part of the Zoning By-Laws, the T/CC is looking for a quicker, albeit temporary fix to prevent further disruptions to traffic flow created by property development on Main Street. T/CC members should look at other TAMs and Site Plan Reviews for methods for more immediate enforcement.
Brentwood/Fairhill/Brattle Intersections
Remove stop sign at Fairhill/Brentwood intersection and replace with "Children at Play" sign. Rich Dewitt does not think the stop sign should be removed.

Jim Zingarelli reports that Police, Fire, DPW, Clerk of the Works and Owner's Project Manager met with Conley Associates regarding the Public Safety Building traffic light/signage issues. T/CC issues are being addressed.
